In addition to piano tuning, we offer a range of other services to ensure that your piano will be used for many years to come, including adjustments to the sound, touch, and operability for musical expression, repairs by technicians who are experts in piano production, parts replacement with genuine parts, and refurbishments.
For the Shigeru Kawai series of premium grand pianos, we employ MPA/MPS-qualified tuning technicians who have passed rigorous practical tests to perform aftersales service with finely honed sensitivity and skill. Basically, the same technician is assigned to taking care of a particular Shigeru Kawai piano for the foreseeable future, so that he or she can understand that customer’s individuality and respond precisely to a pianist's advanced requirements.
